Stephanie Clemenshaw, MS, CCC-SLP
Owner | Speech-Language Pathologist
Stephanie Clemenshaw is the founder of Flagstaff Speech Solutions. Stephanie is a passionate and licensed speech language pathologist committed to helping children improve their speech sound production and overall intelligibility.
Stephanie has been working in the field for 10 years gaining experience in the education setting with a variety of ages. She specializes in evaluating and treating children with speech sound disorders, including articulation, phonological processes, and childhood apraxia of speech.
Stephanie is originally from Canada but moved to the United States in 2007 to begin her college education. She has lived in Arizona for the past 10 years. In her spare time, Stephanie likes to spend time with her husband, Khyl, and two young daughters, Sloane and Tate. She enjoys staying active, watching sports, and country music.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Minot State University. Stephanie holds a Certificate of Clinical
Competence with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and she is licensed to practice in the state of Arizona.
Megan Ollila, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Megan Ollila is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong academic foundation and a passion for helping individuals achieve their communication goals. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University in 2021, followed by a master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Arizona State University in 2023.
Megan has experience working with school-aged children in public school settings, both in person and virtually. She has a particular interest in supporting clients with early language development and fluency needs.
Megan is committed to providing therapy that is evidence-based and client- and family-centered. She is excited to join the community and support clients and families in reaching their communication goals!
Megan holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed to practice in the state of Arizona.
